Traditionally, retrofitting Radio Base Station (RBS) cabinets (that can weigh upwards of 1,400 to 1700 pounds) requires cranes that must be transported to areas adjacent to the sites  (which may cause traffic rerouting), or helicopters for high-rise situations, and municipal permits.
